1.The process structure parameters are designed according to the characteristics of quick freezing of frozen products. 
The evaporator is designed with a large effective surface area, a large-spaced aluminum alloy fin tube group, and a variable fin spacing design to reduce the difference between the evaporator and the temperature in the warehouse. 
The design selection is based on evaporation Temperature -42 degrees Celsius calculation. Sufficient evaporation area, high heat exchange efficiency, full consideration of the influence of incoming and outgoing temperatures, design to delay frost formation and extend the working time of the quick freezer.
2. The evaporator is equipped with stainless steel SUS304 air duct bracket, stainless steel fan blades, and a high-efficiency, low-noise, waterproof, moisture-proof, and low-temperature resistant centrifugal fan.
3. The quick freezing machine uses multiple high-pressure air duct fans to blow air to the upper and lower surfaces of the product through specially customized nozzles of special specifications. 
This blowing method allows enough evaporation area to better exert the heat dissipation effect and make the product more efficient. Can achieve quick freezing effect.
 It adopts a unique jet blowing design to improve the quick-freezing efficiency of cold air on frozen products. The frozen products are blown up and down, making the frozen products freeze faster and with uniform quality. 
At the same time, the import and export ports are designed to be equipped with low-temperature resistant soft wind curtains. The internal air guide adjustment device can adjust the wind direction at any time to control the symmetry of the cold air and prevent it from overflowing.
 An air guide device is installed on the wall panel side of the vertical air outlet of the fan; an adjustable wind shield and insulation device controls the height of the material feeding and avoids the loss of cold energy.
