First Cold Chain Spiral Freezer

First Cold Chain spiral freezer includes single spiral freezer and double spiral freezer.

Single spiral freezer supports flexible layout with low-in high-out and high-in low-out design. Double spiral freezer adopts low-in low-out structure. All models can be made as non-standard customized design according to customer workshop size and production flow.

The mesh belt width is optional from 400mm to 1000mm. The production capacity ranges from 200kg/h to 5 tons per hour, suitable for small workshops to large industrial food processing plants.

Three refrigeration solutions are optional: Freon system, Ammonia system and CO2 cascade refrigeration system. We can customize the configuration according to local environmental rules, energy saving requirements and factory conditions.

This industrial spiral freezer features high automation, small footprint and high space utilization. It can run continuously with less labor cost, perfect for mass production factories with single or fixed food products.

It is widely used for quick freezing of fried food, pastries, meat, seafood and pasta products. Optional plastic steel mesh belt is specially designed for sticky food like chicken breast, avoiding adhesion and keeping good product shape.
